Compact mixer B53

The B53 compact mixer is our all-rounder and has been manufactured for our customers for over 30 years. The robust and stable steel construction is the basis for a long service life. The compulsory mixer is equipped with 2 drive motors: a turntable motor that moves the mixing container around its own axis and a drive for the mixing unit that drives the twin shafts.

The mixing tools lift out of the container automatically after the release is actuated. The mixer is automatically switched off. The complete mixing head can be swivelled out to the side (90 °) for free access to the mixing container. Centring brackets and drivers ensure that the mixing container is firmly locked on the turntable. The mixer is mobile with extendable drawbar for easy transport by one person.

The spring-loaded scraper rests against the container wall during the mixing process, thus avoiding unmixed edge zones.

The mixing tools are equipped with quick-release couplings, which allow the mixing tools to be changed quickly. The electrical controls are easily accessible centrally in the control box. A timer with changeable dial (sec., min., hd.) ensures accurate and consistently high mixing quality.
