Mixing, driving, tipping ... Mixing, travelling, tipping ... NEW with double mixing station and therefore higher mixing efficiency.
A mixer that offers all the advantages for efficient floor coating. Lay even more surface with less labour with our B53-DM.
The B53-DM is equipped with two drive motors - a turntable motor that moves the mixing container around its own axis and a mixing unit that drives the mixing tool.
The tried and tested B53 compact mixer has been on the market for 50 years with a few facelifts and is still up to date. It is now available from us in the new B53DM version for double mixers. The dimensions have not changed, the additional mixing station can be folded in and the mixer is therefore just as mobile in its external dimensions as the B53 series with one mixing station. The second mixing station has almost doubled the mixing efficiency. While one station is mixing, the second is already being prepared for the subsequent mixing. Once one mix has been completed, the mixer is folded up and swivelled to the second station to continue mixing immediately.
beba Mischtechnik GmbH has built an absolutely ergonomic and time-saving compact mixing unit for users in industrial flooring installation.
During a large number of installations, our B53DM was able to process 105 kg of aerated concrete with one mix and mix and process up to 800 square metres of floor coating per day with outstanding results.
Functionality:
The mobile mixing trolley, which is pushed into the mixing station, engages automatically and remains stable in the mixing unit. The mixing head is swivelled into the container, the mixer and the container drive are switched on.
The construction chemicals and liquids can now be filled into the container through the protective cage and are mixed using proven beba forced mixing technology.
During the mixing process, the interior of the mixing container is completely visible through the protective cage. A standard scraper cleanly removes the mix from the container wall and guides it to the centre of the container. The entire mix is thus mixed.
The safety circuit automatically switches off the mixer if the safety cage is lifted prematurely.
The mixing times can be set continuously and precisely using a standard timer, and the mixer switches off automatically once the mixing time has elapsed.
The mixing head swivels upwards by pressing the release button on the mixer handle. The mixer switches off via a limit switch if the mixer is opened prematurely.
A drip tray is swivelled under the scraper and the pair of mixing tools. Dripping mix is collected.
The mixing trolley is released by a mechanical foot release on the container and is pulled out of the mixer.
The 2nd mixing trolley supplied as standard is pushed into the mixer and the filling and mixing process starts again.
The mixer wagon with the mixed material can now be pushed back to the laying point with the container. At the laying point, the integrated tilting device, which holds the mixing container firmly in place, allows the mix to be tipped out and spread on the floor in a measured manner, without any strain on the back.
The wheels are 10 mm thick stainless steel discs that can be easily pushed through the laid mix. The wheels, which are fixed with quick-release axles, can be removed very quickly without tools for cleaning.
After spreading the laying compound, the container is swivelled back and pushed back to the mixing station. It is now ready for a new mix.
The second mixer wagon can now be removed from the mixer to permanently transport the mix to the laying site.
