Drummixer B 201
The B 201 is a mobile high speed mixer for mixing drums with a volume of 200 l. This mixer is particularly suitable for stirring up mediums in original delivery drums, so that it is not necessary to move the medium into a special mixing vessel.
The mixing unit consists of a basic housing with epicyclic gear, which is powered by a motor of 0,25KWover a chain. The mixer engine is pole-changing with 4.8/6.0 KW power. The number of revolutions of the mixing tools is 104 rpm and 108 rpm, those of the epicyclic gear 6 rpm.
It is possible to mix mediums with viscosities of 100.000 mPas and over it. An electric lifting cylinder allows raising and lowering of the mixing head. The mixing tools are equipped with quick-couplers and can be attached without any tools to the output shafts of the mixing unit.
A combined drum centering and drum tightener fix the standard-drum. The electrical control is situated in a switchgear cabinet at the stand. The special mixing process ensures complete homogenization of the mixing medium without any unblended zones.
To be used to: waste sludge, battery compounds, sealing compounds, disposal and recycling of ores, screed, ashes and expanded clay, paints, refractory compounds, filter dusts, tile cements, liquid plastics, foundry sand, fibrous concrete, glass compositions...
