Food Mixer

THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE CONVENTIONAL FOOD MIXERS IN THE MARKET AND beba COMES FROM THE SPECIAL DEVELOPMENT AT beba:

The mixing head has an oscillating mixing head known as „low-shear“ mixing, which ensures particularly gentle premixing of gas and the product. Depending on the mixing head speed „higher-shearing“ is possible without destroying the fruit pieces inside the raw slurry. A temperature rise is significantly reduced by the process of foam generation. The system offers a clear advantage even for temperature-sensitive products such as rich cream, chocolates and protein products. Due to no turning part inside the mixing head the beba principle guarantees a perfect gentle food mix for all kind of food where additonal gases are necessary.

The beba oscillating system

Inline homogenisers from beba can be used for many different applications as they are able to handle and mix product ingredients in various targeted ways, for instance for dispersing, homogenising, emulsifying and breaking up liquid and semi-solid products.

The centrepiece is a oscillating mixing head, which works with fixed mixing tools inside the mixing head. In doing so the product is subject to extreme shear forces but without destroying the mixing medium. Due to this intense mixing concentrated in a small space it is possible in a short time to achieve optimum results as regards product homogenity and refinement.

If the energy input is too intense in intermediate phases it is possible to reduce the rotational speed. If this measure proves insufficient, because the shear forces are still too high and the rate of output is too low, then beba‘s patented oscillating mixing head can be applied without the injection of gas. In this case the foaming action is switched off completely and the homogeniser is changed to performing a simple mixing operation.
